Ik had laatst een order gedaan voor griekenland 20 op short toen de markten dicht waren,( er was namelijk slechts nieuws over griekenland) de prijs stond op 250 en ik had hem ge-orderd voor 247, toen de markten open gingen stond ie gelijk op 231, nu stond er bij mij account dat de openingsprijs 231 was, dus ik dacht dat ik nu winst zou hebben van 247 naar 231, maar hij opende vanaf 231 en ging daarna direct omhoog. ik heb al een paar emails verstuurd naar plus 500 maar ik krijg niet echt duidelijk bericht. nou vroeg ik me af of dit wel klopt dit is antwoord wat ik gekregen had van plus 500 / Thank you for contacting us,
Please note that since the change in trading instrument values is not linear, the rate in which you position will open is not guaranteed.
For example, you order a buy position of Oil in buy rate of 70$ per barrel (when the price is, say 72$ per barrel).
If the next price change from 72$ is 68$, your position will open even though the instrument did not reach the buy rate you have set before.
Your order 587481326 was set to a sell rate of 247.
Before the position was opened the rate was 250, the next immediate rate was 231.12 which surpassed the rate you have requested and the psoition was opened.
